Establishing a robust safety culture within data center projects
Controlling costs and maintaining profitability while leveraging extensive experience in data center construction
Managing field construction activities specific to data centers, including equipment installation, network components, and security systems
Supervising the development of project schedules tailored to data center requirements
Reviewing cost reports and implementing strategies to optimize costs within data center projects
Setting up project labor needs in alignment with data center specifications and consulting with management

Qualification
Required
An undergraduate University degree or higher, ideally in a relevant field like Construction Management, Engineering, or Data Center Management
Substantial experience (7-10 years) in managing data center construction projects
Proven track record in handling medium to large data center projects ($100M+)
Proficiency in software relevant to data center project management, such as Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project
Experience in implementing large and complex safety plans specific to data center environments
Strong organizational skills to coordinate data center project teams effectively
Effective negotiation and contract management skills when dealing with data center clients
In-depth understanding of cost reporting methods in data center projects
Extensive knowledge of data center construction practices and systems
Familiarity with various insurance programs applicable to data center construction sites
Exceptional leadership skills in data center project environments
Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and prioritization abilities, with a keen eye for data center details
