The Senior Audit Analyst will work as a key member of the audit team by performing audits of financial, IT, and compliance processes across all Textron business functions and industries for efficiency, effectiveness and adequacy of financial accounting, reporting and controls.

Responsibilities

Conduct audit work based on established audit plans and execute the audit in accordance with established standards ensuring completion within prescribed budget and scope parameters

Develop/contribute to the audit planning process during and subsequent to the audit

Analyze and test key business processes to ensure adequate control environment has been established and financial information is stated accurately in accordance with GAAP

Collaborate with key corporate and business unit personnel involved in the business process

Participate in presentations and discussions on findings and resolutions of outstanding audit issues

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Travel approximately 30-50% (the Americas, Europe, and Asia)

Required

Bachelor's Degree (accounting preferred)

3 years demonstrated experience in accounting and/or auditing

Demonstrated working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and SOX compliance requirements
