Responsibilities
Drive international expansion across North America, Europe, GCC, and Asia, securing new retail, distributor, and clinical partnerships
Oversee global revenue modelling, pricing architecture, forecasting, and commercial financial planning
Optimize sell-in, sell-through, margin, and account-level profitability while managing global P&Ls
Lead key partner relationships, commercial negotiations, business reviews, and global account performance
Build, develop, and scale a high-performing global sales organisation during rapid growth
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of senior commercial leadership in beauty, clinical skincare, dermo-cosmetics, or premium consumer health
Proven success scaling brands internationally and managing multi-channel global distribution
Strong financial acumen with deep expertise in forecasting, modelling, and P&L ownership
Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing complex commercial agreements
Analytical, data-driven, and strategic with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Experienced leader with a track record of managing and developing geographically distributed teams
