Responsibilities

Act as a key representative of the company by attracting new and expanding existing client relationships

Forging new client relationships through unsolicited outreach, cold calls, events and networking, and tracking leads through the sales funnel

Growing revenue and meet targets in all categories of recruitment services

Partner with the recruitment and solutions teams to effectively implement recruitment campaigns

Follow up on leads, and prepare and organize sales collateral, and work through Salesforce

Involvement in the proposal process and developing and pitching proposals

Negotiating Commercial Terms of Business and Rates
