Responsibilities

Train new Personal Lines employees on the Agency Management System (AMS), ImageRight, PL Rating, SinglePoint, carrier websites, and all related workflows, tools, and procedures; review Teams organization and resources with new staff

Set up AMS for new employees, ensure proper desktop configurations, assist current staff with AMS/ImageRight procedures, and coordinate with IT to resolve system or carrier-site issues

Lead quarterly re-training sessions and provide continuous education to maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across Personal Lines operations

Responsible for training new Personal Lines employees on individual insurance carrier websites - including quoting, applications, policy change requests, locating claims information, billing information, and declarations pages

Required

High school diploma required

Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience, with proven training experience (remote training preferred)

IT experience required, with strong familiarity with company software, systems, and departmental procedures

Ability to stay current on industry developments and maintain up-to-date knowledge in all areas of Personal Lines and training responsibilities
