Responsibilities

Create detailed technical designs, data flow diagrams, and system architectures for complex HCM requirements, balancing abstract concepts with detailed implementation plans

Design and manage integrations between Dayforce and third-party systems, often leveraging tools like Dell Boomi, and build custom solutions using the Dayforce Extensibility Framework

Translate complex business needs from stakeholders (HR, IT, Product Owners) into effective, scalable technical solutions that meet strategic goals

Provide expert consultation, mentor development teams, enforce architectural standards, and act as an escalation point for complex issues

Oversee implementation phases, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and ensuring quality delivery, sometimes supporting sales (pre-sales) or post-launch support

Serve as the primary owner for the Dayforce instance, ensuring stability, performance, compliance, and alignment with enterprise architecture
