Circle Health Group is seeking a Supply Chain Customer Lead to join their team. The role involves serving as the primary contact for hospital sites and the warehouse team, ensuring efficient fulfillment of hospital demand, and managing inventory and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between hospital sites, the Mediq warehouse team, and the Circle Health Group Supply Chain function

Ensure hospital demand is fulfilled efficiently, addressing issues promptly and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Support hospitals with urgent or emergency orders and resolve delivery and order queries swiftly

Coordinate stock movements and logistics for end-of-life or returned equipment, working closely with Mediq and hospital teams

Inventory and Data Management

Maintain real-time accuracy of inventory levels, stock movements, and system data within ERP systems (Oracle and Sage)

Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock, system records, and documentation

Generate, analyse, and circulate regular reports to support operational decision-making, forecasting, and performance monitoring

Monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with stock control procedures
