Responsibilities
Create and sustain a strong culture of safety across the organization
Plan, implement, and manage training programs for managers and employees on: Work site safety practices, Injury and fire prevention, Correct handling of chemicals, toxins, and equipment, Other safety-related procedures, Ensure organizational compliance with OSHA and all applicable safety regulations
Maintain Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), accident records, inspection logs, and related safety tracking reports
Inspections, Reporting & Incident Management
Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses
Qualification
Required
Experience in safety management or a related role
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable safety standards
Proven experience conducting safety training, inspections, and incident investigations
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field
Certifications such as CSP, CHST, OSHA 30/500, or equivalent
