Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated point person for incoming agencies throughout the integration process, providing consistent communication, direction, and support

Build strong relationships with branch leadership and staff, acting as their emotional support resource and advocate during the transition

Manage and coordinate all operational, administrative, and cultural integration items across multiple departments, including HR, Marketing, Vendors, Carriers, Accounting, Data, Training, etc

Work with the HR department to provide onboarding information for employees

Establish clear timelines, deliverables, and progress tracking to ensure all integration milestones are met

Facilitate regular check-ins and updates with internal stakeholders and branch leadership

Identify risks or barriers early and collaborate with team leaders to resolve issues quickly

Maintain detailed documentation of integration progress, decisions, and follow‑up items

Ensure the branch is fully prepared and operational in the company’s management system by the designated go‑live date

Required

Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects

Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and customer‑service skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent integrations

Preferred

insurance or agency operations experience strongly preferred

Proficiency with project management tools and insurance management systems
