Responsibilities
Build and scale your own specialist desk within Software or Data
Partner with founders, CTOs, and talent leaders in the Seed–Series C ecosystem
Drive new business through in-person networking, meetups, coffees, and events ☕
Deliver high-quality, relationship-led recruitment
Help shape the culture and community of a growing NYC team
Contribute ideas, process improvements, and market insights
Operate with autonomy — but with the backing of a global group
Qualification
Required
Consistent billing performance (ideally $300–400k+ across multiple years)
Clear understanding of start-up mechanics, founder-led environments, and Seed → Series C hiring
Strong BD appetite — you enjoy meeting people face to face
Ability to build and grow a desk, not just inherit one
High authenticity, humility, and ambition
Based in or commuting to the NYC metro area
Preferred
Experience in engineering, data, product, or GTM recruitment
Existing NYC start-up network
Passion for community-building (roundtables, meetups, events)
