VP of Operations (Health, Beauty & Wellness)
TheMasonGroup is a fast-scaling consumer products brand focused on health, beauty, and wellness. They are seeking a VP of Operations to drive strategic growth, oversee operational excellence, and build high-performing teams to support their mission-driven brand.

Responsibilities
Lead long-term strategic planning & business transformation across a growing portfolio of wellness-driven products
Expand product categories & go-to-market channels under a unified brand vision
Drive innovation & brand evolution, balancing big-picture vision with hands-on execution
Own top-line revenue growth across DTC eCommerce, wholesale, & B2B
Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales to ensure successful launches and scalable results
Build relationships with national retailers, key accounts, & strategic partners
Develop and implement customer acquisition, retention, & channel optimization strategies
Oversee all operational areas including supply chain, finance, HR, product development, fulfillment, & customer experience
Lead budget management, KPI tracking, & business performance analytics
Optimize systems, workflows, and teams to support rapid growth & service excellence
Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team through coaching, accountability, and growth planning
Drive retention and engagement with clear communication and people-first leadership
Foster a collaborative, values-driven culture rooted in ownership, innovation, and inclusion
Serve as a brand ambassador at key industry events, trade shows, and investor meetings
Leverage marketplace insights to guide product strategy and brand positioning
Lead external communications to elevate brand equity and build credibility with stakeholders
Drive the implementation and optimization of business platforms (e.g., NetSuite, HRIS, CRM, eCommerce tools)
Use data and automation tools to inform decision-making and scale operations effectively
Qualification
Required
Seasoned exp as a senior leader within a consumer products company
Experience in at least one vertical: health & wellness, skincare, beauty, or nutrition
Demonstrated success in scaling omnichannel CPG brands
Expertise in sales strategy, product innovation, team building, & operational leadership
Strong P&L management & cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree required
Close vision, & color vision ability required
Safely and effectively lifting, carrying, & moving objects of varying weights
Bending, stooping, reaching, balancing, standing, and walking for extended periods and maintaining the necessary physical dexterity and coordination
Working in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, and noise levels at times
Preferred
MBA or advanced business education
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP & modern tech stacks (CRM, HRIS, eCommerce platforms)
