Leading inorganic growth initiatives, including diligence and integration for future acquisitions
Leading executive-level hiring for the respective Operating Company
Qualification
Required
CEO/Operating Executive-level experience
Experience overseeing day-to-day operations
Proven track record in driving strategy and growth
Ability to set company vision
Accountability for financial performance of a business
Experience in building and optimizing an organic growth engine
Full P&L responsibilities for a multi-million-dollar business
Experience leading inorganic growth initiatives, including diligence and integration for future acquisitions
