Responsibilities
Lead the allocation of new investments across BDCs, commingled funds, SMAs, and SPVs, ensuring eligibility, position sizing, and concentration limits are met
Maintain a deep understanding of fund-level and portfolio-level constraints by partnering closely with Portfolio Management, Finance, and Treasury
Oversee cash management processes alongside Treasury stakeholders
Support new SPV formation, including portfolio construction timing, analysis, and operational setup
Communicate pipeline activity and fund updates to FP&A, providing seamless updates to portfolio managers and senior leadership
Assist with capital calls, distributions, and financing facility amendments in coordination with FP&A and Treasury
Oversee pre-trade loan execution to ensure investments are booked and allocated accurately
Identify fund optimization initiatives related to allocations, liability management, and operational efficiencies
Ensure deal teams produce required documentation, including closing memos and amendment memos
Partner with data governance teams to maintain accurate issuer and asset-level data across internal systems
Participate in onboarding new funds, ensuring proper data flows, reporting structures, and processes are implemented
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in private credit, fund operations, leveraged finance, or related analytical roles
Strong knowledge of accounting, credit markets, fund structures, and leverage facilities
Advanced Excel skills with exceptional analytical and organizational capabilities
