Handling litigation matters from start to finish, including drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations
Advising clients on day-to-day employment issues
Working directly with clients and contributing to ongoing relationship-building efforts
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of employment litigation experience
Excellent academic credentials
Strong writing, analytical, and project-management skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset, commitment to client service, and interest in business development
Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bars (required)
