Responsibilities

Conducting job task, maintenance task, physical and cognitive workload, training, and personnel analyses using Government-approved methodology and software

Providing continuous training support to include developing, maintaining, and supporting the development and maintenance of NET materials (i.e., POI, lesson plans, Instructor Guides, student handouts, and interactive training aids in SAT format)

Assisting with developing, reviewing, updating, and delivering MPT IPT Charters, MAD Tools, methodology memos, and survey instruments

Assisting with developing and delivering MARs and MPT Plans IAW applicable POI and regulations

Delivering Basic Operator and Maintainer Training

Conducting and delivering document program health assessment reports

Drafting, staffing, and submitting CDRLs for Government review

Under direct supervision, assists in providing integrated logistics support (ILS) activities designed to provide effective and efficient life cycle support of systems and equipment

Assists in providing expert ILS technology to assist customers in the management of system acquisition programs

Reviews customer requirements, equipment design, and other data to plan and develop program activities from conceptual stage through the full life cycle of the system
