Potters Industries is seeking a mid-level HR professional with hands-on experience in HR and payroll to join their team on a part-time contract basis. The role involves supporting HR operations, assisting with payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

Support the HR team with day to day operations and troubleshoot inquiries from employees
Assist with payroll using ADP Workforce Now
Support with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
Maintain accurate employee records
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Reconcile benefit invoices and manage billing
Assist with HR projects and internal communications
Provide backup support for our HR team as needed

Qualification

Required

3+ years of benefits administration experience
3+ years of payroll experience
3+ years in human resources overall
3+ years using ADP Workforce Now
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
Must be available during standard business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Candidates must be located within 30 minutes of Malvern, PA and able to commute to the office 3 days per week (Wednesdays)
