Responsibilities

Drive new business development with enterprise clients ($100M+ revenue)
Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships with technology platforms, agencies, and enterprise clients
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer needs shape our roadmap
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and use cases for Bria's visual AI platform
Represent Bria at industry events, and with key stakeholders in the ecosystem
Contribute to go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and partnership frameworks
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to drive adoption
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating responsible AI adoption
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and champions
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ROI realization

Qualification

Required

8+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships at high-growth technology companies (Adobe, Apple, Meta etc.)
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing enterprise deals (ideally $500K+)
Experience selling complex SaaS, AI/ML, or infrastructure solutions to technical and business buyers
Demonstrated success building partnerships from ground up, driving them to revenue
Deep understanding of enterprise technology buyers and decision-making processes
Strong business acumen with ability to identify creative solutions and structure win-win partnerships
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial drive, you thrive in ambiguity and early-stage environments
Passion for ethical AI, responsible innovation, and transparent business practices

Preferred

Experience in AI/ML, computer vision, creative tools, or martech sectors
Track record at top-tier tech companies (e.g., Google, Amazon, Microsoft)
