This pivotal role will lead the global go-to-market strategy within the data centre hardware integration sector, driving growth across pre-deployment hardware services for major clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global sales strategy for data centre hardware integration and related services
Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic customers, including data centre operators, OEMs, and systems integrators
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to design tailored service solutions and commercial proposals
Lead the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation through to contract completion and handover
Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics to ensure consistent delivery of growth targets
Stay abreast of industry developments, including trends in data centre design, rack density, and hardware configuration
Server and storage component installation (CPU, RAM, NICs, etc.)
Chassis population and validation to customer specifications
Rack integration, cabling, and layout per design requirements
Labelling, asset tagging, documentation, and packaging for shipment or deployment

Required

Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience within data centre infrastructure or hardware integration services
Proven success selling to hyperscalers, OEMs, or large enterprise customers
Strong understanding of server hardware, rack design, and deployment processes
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel globally as required
