Responsibilities

Primary responsibility will be handling tax payments for accounts with escrow, tax, and insurance payments

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to loan servicing within established service level agreements

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all loan servicing activities

Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with the Bank’s BSA/AML Policy and Procedures

Proactively identify and resolve issues, contributing to process improvements and enhanced efficiency

Perform basic account maintenance and customer transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing

Process loan payoffs, provide payoff letters, loan verifications, and letters of guaranty

Manage incoming and outgoing mail related to loan servicing

Process loan file intake activities and prepare files for offsite storage

Process basic collateral perfection documentation

Participate in assigned projects and contribute to team goals

Identify and escalate risks through appropriate channels
