Responsibilities

Manage and track inventory using SAP for financial, material, and inventory-related transactions

Perform daily warehouse activities including pulling parts , stocking materials, receiving shipments, and conducting cycle counts

Maintain accurate data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets , including updates to inventory reports, part usage logs, and shipping documentation

Operate warehouse equipment such as a walking stacker safely and in compliance with site procedures

Prepare and ship materials, including IATA-compliant Dangerous Goods shipments , ensuring all documentation and labeling meet regulatory standards

Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill material requests and support production schedules

Ensure consistent adherence to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment

Utilize a valid driver’s license to transport materials as needed

Required

SAP experience in inventory or financial tracking

Warehouse operations experience (parts pulling, inventory control, stock management)

IATA Dangerous Goods certification for air shipments

Valid driver's license

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
