Handle a variety of criminal defense cases, including representing clients in legal proceedings
Prepare legal strategies and conduct case research
Provide counsel and draft legal documents
Ensure the highest standard of legal representation for all clients
Occasional coverage for other staff attorneys may be required
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Criminal Defense Law and some Civil Law
Proficiency in legal research and the ability to analyze case laws and statutes
Experience in courtroom procedures, client advocacy, and case preparation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and client interaction
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active Bar Admission in the state of Indiana
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of all client matters
