Responsibilities
Coordinate and assist with preparation and review of confidentiality agreements, access agreements, professional services agreements, pleadings, engagement agreements, vendor agreements, and all other corporate and transactional documents
Maintain critical dates for all agreements
Work with legal team members to respond to questions on legal matters from other Company departments
Manage internal and outside legal resources as required to provide high-quality legal services at a reasonable cost
Assist with legal policies, processes, and forms to maximize speed and efficiency of the legal department
Create, organize, and maintain legal files
Perform legal research using LexisNexis and similar online research services
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Paralegal
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
Litigation and transaction management experience
Excellent organizational skills with an acute attention to details and nuances
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects from inception to completion within required scope and deadlines
Ability to efficiently work within team settings but equally capable of working independently
Demonstrate competency for problem-solving and proactively seeking out solutions to potential office and administrative challenges
Preferred
Background in real estate, human resources, governance, litigation, or risk mitigation preferred
Strong customer service skills, experience with sophisticated professionals preferred
