Responsibilities
Establish test procedures and coordinate testing of products under development
Drafting and reviewing test reports to ensure compliance with technical requirements
Verification of technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to system specifications
Validating T&E activities to confirm the effectiveness of the procedures and outcomes
Ensuring and operational effectiveness of Military Interoperability (MI) developed to support equipment at MCTSSA
Conducting routine maintenance activities on all supported equipment to ensure functionality and readiness
Managing equipment inventory to track the availability, status, and condition of all supported systems
Performing firmware upgrades to evaluate performance improvements and compatibility and assessing firmware characterization for behavior, functionality, and impact on equipment performance
Conducting analysis of equipment to identify potential issues, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement
Performing testing to troubleshoot and resolve issues with supported equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and performance
Drafting, staffing, and submitting CDRLs for Government review
Qualification
Required
BS (Engineering Field)
DAU Foundational (Engineering & Technical Management) core equivalency
3-6 years work related experience
Minimum Clearance Required: SECRET
Understanding of applicable DoD and USMC Test and Evaluation (T&E) policies and methodologies, including test planning, execution, data collection, and analysis
Working knowledge of Developmental Testing (DT), Operational Testing (OT), and Integrated Test and Evaluation (ITE); Developmental T&E standards and SOPs relevant to technical support and equipment management
