Responsibilities

Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new and emerging regions, including market prioritization, entry plans, and localization strategies
Identify and pursue high-impact opportunities to drive top-line growth through new geographies, partnerships, and customer segments
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to adapt offerings for regional fit while maintaining global consistency
Set and achieve global sales targets, quotas, performance goals and growth outcomes for new markets aligned with company revenue objectives
Lead, coach, and scale cross-functional regional teams including sales, business development, marketing, partnerships, and customer success
Lead key revenue initiatives including pricing, promotions and monetization strategies
Establish sales processes, pipeline management, and performance frameworks to drive predictable, repeatable growth
Oversee all aspects of new market operations — including hiring, organizational design, and local compliance — to build scalable business foundations
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track performance and optimize for efficiency, profitability, and growth
Drive operational excellence by integrating global best practices into local execution
Partner with senior leadership to align market strategies with overall company vision and revenue goals
Serve as the voice of new markets within the company, ensuring regional needs and insights inform global strategies
Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure smooth launches, consistent customer experience, and cohesive global growth execution

Required

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years in leading global market expansion, commercial operations, sales, new business development
Proven track record managing $10M+ revenue and launching operations in 2+ countries
Experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, payments, nonprofit tech, or digital media
Proven success in market sizing, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment
Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing, diverse teams
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, securing resources and driving alignment across product, marketing, operations, partnerships, customer success, and sales
Strong understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, localization, and regional compliance
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-growing environments and establish scalable processes
