GSD Search, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and strong problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality ITSM, ITOM, and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows
Configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and HAM
Develop custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure platform security, compliance, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance
Participate in upgrades, patching, and platform optimization
Document technical solutions and provide user training as required

Required

5-10 years Proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or Developer in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, EA)
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Advanced System Administrator (optional but preferred)
ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
