Hard Rock Digital is focused on becoming a leading online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company. They are seeking a strategic Director - Compensation & Benefits to design and lead a data-driven reward strategy that attracts and retains top talent in a competitive global gaming market.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a competitive and flexible total reward strategy tailored to the needs of our industry and tech-savvy workforce
Align reward structures with company culture, growth goal and talent retention in a high-growth environment
Lead global compensation design
Partner with Finance and leadership to create reward models that support key development cycles
Manage benefits that appeal to diverse, creative, and remote teams (e.g., mental wellness, gamified wellness apps, lifestyle benefits)
Ensure benefits remain competitive across different geographies
Integrate reward with performance systems that recognize both team collaboration and individual achievement
Support the creation of recognition systems that resonate with our culture
Drive a data-led approach to reward decisions using benchmarking tools and internal analytics
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to influence talent strategy
Lead and mentor the global team; promote agile, scalable processes across regions
Partner with the wider People team to ensure reward supports inclusive and equitable hiring and retention

Required

Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g. Excel, HiBob)
Cultural fluency and sensitivity in working with international teams
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Creative mindset - able to design reward solutions that engage our business
Degree in HR, Business, Economics, or a related field
5+ years in compensation & benefits, ideally within gaming, tech, or entertainment sectors
Experience with global reward frameworks and managing executive compensation

Preferred

relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CIPD)
