Leading audit planning meetings and establishing engagement timelines and roles
Reviewing and preparing accurate, well-organized work papers
Training and supervising audit staff
Overseeing full engagement cycles, including financial statement preparation
Communicating progress and identifying process improvements
Participating in business development and client relationship activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA license or actively working toward CPA licensure
2–4 years of recent experience in public accounting
Experience supervising audits and training staff
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and audit software
A team-oriented mindset and a focus on client service
Willingness to travel occasionally for client needs
