Responsibilities

Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to partners, peers, and direct reports

Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent

Designing, developing, and managing project plans in complex, dynamic environments, adapting requirements to meet evolving needs

Partnering cross-functionally with project customers and senior leaders across Tech to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

Leveraging a deep understanding of the unique dynamics within a Technology organization combined with a people-centered HR mindset to ensure strategies are relevant and impactful to the groups we support

Leading and developing change management plans in support of projects, ensuring that strategic initiatives are not only delivered but clearly communicated and embraced

Ensuring projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and delivered on time, while maintaining excellent communication and teamwork skills essential for influencing outcomes at all levels
