Responsibilities
Provides administrative assistance to the Office Manager and other company officers as required or as requested -including word processing, transcription, information research, filing, taking and directing telephone calls and messages
Maintain data bases (e.g., customer, vendor) and assists with mailings, phone reception, filing, and performing a variety of administrative office tasks
Assist with customer walk-ins and inquiries, process payments, end of day settling, etc
Performs other administrative or office duties or projects as required and/or as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with customer service, executing transactions is required
Familiarity with accounting and such corresponding applications
Computer knowledge- Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
Adherence to the Employee Handbook and all Dakota policies and procedures
Preferred
Experience in a Construction related business or Cabinet Shop environment is helpful
Bilingual a plus
