Responsibilities

Design and implement training programs, including new-hire onboarding and ongoing education for the entire go-to-market team
Manage and maintain a library of sales and customer success content and resources to ensure teams have what they need to succeed
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant learning modules
Analyze performance data to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement for both sales and customer success
Develop and deliver enablement programs for product launches, new messaging, and go-to-market initiatives
Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and report on key outcomes to leadership
Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to understand enablement priorities and align on a strategic roadmap

Required

3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience), required
Proven experience in a revenue enablement, sales enablement, or training role
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Preferred

Experience with sales or customer success enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle)
Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
