Responsibilities

Managing sales activities for assigned key accounts
Leading new product introductions (NPI)
Negotiating RFQs and pricing
Coordinating with internal teams—including product management, engineering, and factory operations—to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery
Oversight of design reviews, system integration, and operational planning
Proactive involvement in customer meetings
Resolving escalated issues
Driving funnel growth
Ensuring forecast accuracy across all product lines
Consolidating business plans
Leading cross-functional collaboration
Promoting a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability

Qualification

Direct Sales ExperienceTelecom DC Power SystemsCustomer Relationship ManagementMS ExcelMandarin SpeakingNegotiation SkillsCommunication SkillsOrganizational Skills

Required

4-year degree (Engineering and MBA preferred)
5+ years of Direct Sales experience at Tier 1 Telecom Operators
Strong technical background with knowledge in telecom DC Power Systems, Generators, Cabinets, and Batteries
Willingness to work late hours to communicate with business units and/or factories in Asia
Able to travel out-of-state and internationally
Professional Selling Skills - Both large account management and new account development
Develop and Maintain Customer relationships
Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint
Results oriented
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to Delta's unique and dynamic culture
