Responsibilities

Directing clients through athletic and/or fitness performance workout sessions

Assisting with physical performance and/or Sanford SCORE evaluations

Assisting with large groups, camps, small group, and/or individual training sessions

Designing client-specific programs (athletic and/or fitness)

Equipment maintenance and cleaning

Reviewing literature

Presenting a final project at a staff meeting on a topic of choice (exercise, nutritional, rehab, or speed strength related)

Qualification

Required

Current enrollment or recent graduate of an Associate or Bachelor's degree program from an accredited college or university enrolled in Exercise Science or similar degree

Preferred

Knowledge of sports performance, strength and conditioning coaching, or training or coaching preferred

Previous coaching experience preferred at any level including sports coach, personal training, group training, etc
