Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients
Assist our patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration
Work tactically to service our patients with care and efficiency while also serving as a Leader on Duty (LOD)
Opening the store and prepping staff for the first few customers
Training a new employee on our POS system and Ecommerce platform
Assisting a patient with a difficult question around product usage
Qualification
Required
Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience
Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs
Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time
Able to handle cash or card transactions with patients using an electronic processing system
Stand constantly
Walk frequently
Reach and twist/turn with hands and arms
Climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus
Background Check Requirement
Preferred
At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
Cannabis experience a plus
