Responsibilities
Design and build streaming and batch data pipelines
Develop internal data services and platform components
Build a self-service data layer used by engineering, product, and GTM teams
Improve reliability, observability, and data quality across systems
Make architecture and tooling decisions as the platform scales
Contribute to shaping the data platform function as it grows
Qualification
Required
Strong experience building data platforms or large-scale data infrastructure
Background in distributed systems and real-time/streaming workloads
Expertise in ETL/ELT flows and data ingestion patterns
Experience with technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Flink, Airflow, or similar
Ability to design scalable pipelines and internal data services
Comfortable in early-stage, high-ownership environments
