Responsibilities

Develop strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs, and opportunities and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction
Build world-class capabilities and products by creating a vision for the product maintaining the product roadmap and partnering closely with the dev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently. This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress
Demonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership of a feature/product, its performance and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience
You will show that you can learn from your experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision to colleagues
You will be a well-rounded product expert for our teams by staying on the cutting edge of technology development, the competitive landscape, and our customer needs. You will translate these insights into product strategy and roadmap priorities that drive measurable business outcomes. Through cross-functional collaboration, you'll champion the customer voice and make data-informed decisions to deliver solutions that delight users and achieve company objectives. You'll communicate product vision clearly across all levels of the organization, from engineering teams to executive leadership

Required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
2+ years of Product Management experience
Experience in a technical environment with previous experience in creating tax & accounting SaaS products strongly preferred
Experience delivering projects utilizing AI, ML, Gen AI, RPA, and related tech is strongly preferred
Proven high energy, highly collaborative approach working in cross-functional matrixed environments to drive product delivery and product outcomes
Previous experience within a Legal or Accounting background is strongly preferred
