Responsibilities

Being the eyes and ears of your clients’ industries, ensuring your account teams are up to speed on what’s happening across the wider sector

Constantly building your media and sector knowledge and developing integrated comms skills

Developing client call agendas before calls; taking detailed notes to map out action items and owners post call

Communicating with clients – on the phone, by email and in person

Delivering analytics reports

Generating results by pitching client stories (by phone and email) to journalists and influencers

Writing content for a variety of purposes such as pitches, speaking and award submissions, press releases, blog entries, feature articles and case studies

Assisting with clients’ digital marketing programs

Arranging and staffing media interviews and events

Brainstorming new ideas for integrated comms campaigns

Required

A great Senior Associate eats, breathes and dreams comms and is motivated by delivering amazing results for their clients

You'll know your clients' target influencers inside out and have an exhaustive knowledge of the media agenda across your clients' sectors and beyond

This knowledge will enable you to pitch effectively, generating outstanding results, and come up with clever, creative campaign ideas that will drive your client's agenda

You'll be hard at work developing relationships with journalists, industry influencers and clients that you'll tap into throughout your career in comms

You'll be snapping at your Account Manager's heels, constantly thinking one step ahead

You'll be focused on learning and developing your professional skills every day, embracing new challenges that help you learn and being curious and open to new ideas so that we stay at the cutting edge of comms
