Walmart Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Energy Project Development to lead site development and collaborate with partners for successful project execution. This role focuses on advancing Walmart’s energy strategy through fleet electrification initiatives and scaling innovative energy solutions across the business.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain and Stores) to embed energy and decarbonization solutions into business planning and execution, with a focus on fleet decarbonization

Work closely with internal EV Charging and Utility teams to ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions

Design and deliver programs that reduce energy costs, strengthen resiliency, and accelerate progress toward renewable and zero-emissions goals

Deploy and scale new energy technologies (e.g., electrification, distributed generation, storage) to mitigate risk and unlock long-term value

Foster a culture of innovation and risk-taking, encouraging the team to pilot, test, and scale new solutions that position Walmart as an industry leader
