Enterprise Sales Lead
Elios Talent is seeking a founding U.S. Enterprise Account Executive to lead the sales efforts for upper mid-market and enterprise accounts. The role involves generating significant revenue growth, pipeline generation, and shaping the future sales team while working closely with the company's founders.
Responsibilities
Deliver $2M in new U.S. revenue within ~24 months
Steady flow of $50–$150K ACV wins with clean stage progression and predictable forecasting
Operate with a 3–6 month median sales cycle across mid-market and enterprise accounts
Personally generate $3M+ in qualified pipeline per year (~25–30 opps)
Lean heavily into creative outbound: email, phone, social, small events, referrals, and founder-led intros
Help shape and mentor the future U.S. sales team as we scale
Set the tone for a culture of precision, grit, and collaborative winning
Maintain pristine CRM stages, realistic forecasts, and weekly updates for leadership
Qualification
Required
5–10 years in B2B SaaS sales with a clear BDR → AE progression
Repeated $100–200K ACV wins and consistent 100%+ quota attainment
≥5 years selling into U.S. accounts, with comfort collaborating across global time zones
Proven operator who creates 50%+ of their own pipeline
Fluent in discovery, objection handling, ROI framing, and tight next-step control
Disciplined in territory planning, forecasting, and deal hygiene
Comfortable traveling and meeting customers face-to-face
Preferred
BFSI/regulated industry exposure
experience as the first AE in a new region
