Responsibilities

Lead People & Safety: Supervise field/office teams; mentor NETA Level I–III staff; ensure Job Hazard Analyses/Pre-Task Plans are completed and documented; run daily safety touchpoints
Own Projects End-to-End: Establish client communications within 24 hours of award; confirm scope, schedule, site access/badging, and any non-NETA tasks; plan manpower in Teams/Shifts; manage schedule, hours, resources, and data
Technical Oversight: Perform electrical testing consistent with your NETA qualification; review test data, resolve issues with clients, and identify corrective actions and pull-through opportunities
Commercial Control: Track contract vs. actual scope; draft and secure change orders; support weekly invoicing; deliver final reports within two weeks of project completion and ensure proper data archiving
Assets & Compliance: Assign and oversee tool/test-equipment readiness; coordinate repairs/replacements; ensure vehicle inspections and site/office safety requirements are completed and recorded
People & Hiring: Provide input on performance evaluations, collaborate on improvement plans, and participate in candidate interviews

Required

Proven project leadership in electrical testing/commissioning with responsibility for field teams, client interface, safety, schedule, budget, and reporting
Ability to mentor NETA technicians (Levels I–III) and perform testing aligned to your NETA level
Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office
Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record (no citable accidents in the past 3 years)
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening and to satisfy E-Verify (or equivalent) work authorization requirements

Preferred

Prior experience as primary POC on multi-site or fast-turn projects
Hands-on background with test equipment management, QA/QC of test data, and client change management
