Responsibilities

Sales and Promotion: Effectively present and promote our clients products to both current and potential clients in the area
Evaluations: Conduct cost-benefit analyses of our clients products and services
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through self-generated leads and cold calling
Customer Problem Resolution: Work with regional support managers and technical teams to address customer issues and complaints
Reporting: Manage and report on monthly pipelines, prospective accounts, and statuses
Coordination: Collaborate with regional managers, team members, and other departments
Market Analysis: Monitor sales, territory potential, market trends, challenges, and opportunities. Report on customer needs, issues, interests, and competitor activities
Compliance: Follow our clients policies and practices

Qualification

Required

Proven success as a sales representative in the Industrial Coatings space
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and reporting practices
Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills are essential
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven individual with excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to plan for success, manage Outlook calendars, handle expense pre-authorizations, and achieve desired outcomes with regional manager support
Oversee and manage existing relationships effectively
