Responsibilities

Review and verify incoming filings, including overnight submissions

Calculate and calendar deadlines for state and federal court matters

Monitor all upcoming statutory deadlines and notify attorneys as needed

Act as a workflow coordinator, ensuring case tasks remain on schedule

Maintain organized electronic and paper case files

Schedule depositions, hearings, meetings, and other legal events

Request and distribute case-related documents including records and reports

Communicate with internal teams and clients to obtain or relay necessary information
