Responsibilities

Up keep, repair, installation of machinery and maintenance of the facility
Administrative skills
Use of software to schedule preventive maintenance and assign daily tasks
Computational use to manage short, medium or long-term tasks
Use of Outlook for communication and monitoring
Ability to manage expenses based on authorized and allocating budget
Knowledge, establishment, and monitoring of SPOF, single point of failure, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance, cycle counts and inventories
Experience or knowledge necessary to be able to solve problems with various machinery
Experience or knowledge necessary to be able to solve problems and keep the good condition of the facility
