Responsibilities
Drive to construction sites and perform field tests on materials like concrete, soil, aggregate, asphalt, grout, mortar, and steel
Interact with many people from other companies
Lift and carry samples of various construction materials including soil and concrete
Walk through construction sites
Push a wheelbarrow
Safely conducting yourself and the equipment we entrust to you
Do some basic math and write or type your observations and test results
Regularly utilize a computer or tablet
Learn to read and understand design plans and specifications
Work in our laboratory or be training for more certifications
Qualification
Required
Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
Ability to perform basic math
Ability to write or type observations and test results
Regularly utilize a computer or tablet
Ability to read and understand design plans and specifications
Willingness to work in the field and laboratory
Ability to lift and carry samples of various construction materials including soil and concrete
Ability to walk through construction sites and push a wheelbarrow
