Responsibilities
Open new business and consumer account products
Perform routine teller transactions proficiently and accurately
Maintain a cash drawer and follow proper balancing procedures
Provide assistance with account servicing needs
Constructively interacts with co-workers, provides coverage and cross training as needed
Handle multiple time-sensitive demands efficiently
Maintain the security and confidentiality of the Bank and Client information
Other job duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer Service experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to use a personal computer, word processing, spreadsheets, and other
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Detail oriented
Preferred
Prior Retail of consumer banking experience
Experience in cash handling and sales in retailing banking
