Responsibilities
Deliver a great client experience by educating them in ways we can improve the health, safety, and comfort of their home environment
Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment
Meet with potential customers to conduct consultations
Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager
Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities
Office time required for training, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets
Strong decision-making abilities
Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems
Preferred
HVAC experience is not required, but a plus
B2C Sales Experience or aptitude
