Responsibilities

Provide daily support of proprietary trading systems that our crucial to our business

Coordinate, implement and support daily system level changes, in a Windows and Linux environment

Troubleshoot trading related issues by investigating client/server log files

Perform server side application support, job scheduling, and basic scripting

Coordinate technical resources and communicate to both business and technology communities during production issues

Required

1-3 years of experience in an application support, operations, systems administration, or related role

Ability to independently identify problems and develop solutions

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Foundational knowledge of Powershell, Python, or Bash scripting

Preferred

Previous experience within a financial services or trading environment

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
