TAK Broadband is a leading end-to-end U.S. fiber broadband network construction contractor operating in 42 states. They are seeking an Installation Supervisor to oversee on-site installation teams, manage contractors, and ensure successful completion of special broadband projects.

Responsibilities

Supervise and assist with the installation of single-mode and multi-mode fiber

Manage and support contractors and internal technicians in the field

Lead installation teams on-site and act as the primary liaison with clients

Handle low-voltage wiring and ensure proper cable routing and termination

Perform and troubleshoot broadband installations and system issues

Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards

Interpret and implement MDU network designs effectively

Use basic hand tools proficiently in field installations

Coordinate with Project Managers to align resources, timelines, and deliverables

Maintain documentation and reports related to project status and field activities

Other duties as assigned
