Assist the Project Manager in all phases and aspects of the project
Provide essential support to Field Staff
Follow the company's established best practices
Identify and act on ways to add value to the project
Identify and act on opportunities to expand client relationships
Balance client and company needs effectively
Be responsive to clients’ needs and display intensity in service
Work cooperatively with others toward the accomplishment of a shared goal
Offer to coach/assist others with less experience
