Inside Sales/Account Manager
Snowrelic Inc is seeking an Inside Sales/Account Manager to enhance their sales efforts. The role involves identifying prospective customers, generating leads, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and quoting
Contact new and existing customers to increase sales
Emphasize the technology and services to highlight how they solve customer problems
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Follow up on quotes sent and keep in contact with customers after delivery
Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to facilitate customer satisfaction
Maintain contact lists to insure we have the best contact information for all customers
Must have the ability to read prints and view electronic drawings to generate quotes
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Ability to procure vendor pricing for product and services
Very good communication skills via phone, email, and face to face customer contact
Must have a customer first mentality and a drive to succeed
Able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
Qualification
