Responsibilities
Prioritize personal and team safety while maintaining a clean workspace
Set up and machine raw materials to meet OEM specifications
Operate and cross-train on various machines, including CNC lathes and mills
Understand and apply GD&T from part drawings
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines
Be open to potential field assignments, which may involve some travel
Qualification
Required
Experience with manual and CNC lathe and milling operations
Proficient in G-code and FANUC systems
Ability to interpret GD&T and technical prints
Familiarity with machining techniques, including material hardness and cutting tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a fast-paced, high-mix job shop environment
